DataArt Hits Record Revenue In 2015

boosted its revenue by 31 per cent year-on-year to a record $71 million in 2015, helped by strong growth in its financial services practice. The firm's financial services practice enjoyed a 40 per cent rise in revenue over the year. DataArt said successes here included providing all systems development for a global provider of deliverable foreign exchange; design and development of all analytics systems and processes for a major financial information firm; and contributing to the digitisation programme of a tier one UK bank. “We saw a growing demand for our expertise from large enterprises that trust us with large-scale challenges and more complex solutions design,” said Alexei Miller, managing partner at the firm. Over 2015, DataArt opened two new locations – in Munich, Germany, and Wroclaw, Poland – bringing the total global headcount to over 1,600 specialists across 15 locations in eight countries. Financial technology expert Cliff Moyce recently joined the firm to head up its global financial practice, which caters to banks, asset managers, exchanges, and data providers who are looking to design, develop and deploy technology solutions.
